Nearly Half of Nurses Have Considered Leaving the Profession in the Last 2 years

49% of nurses have considered leaving the profession in the last 2 years, RN Network survey finds

To my RN peers:  RNs are facing pressures never before felt.  In the RNnetwork study of December 2018, it was reported thatnsixty-two percent of respondents reported feeling regularly burned out at work!  To lose these RNs would be like throwing gold in the trash!

Nurses are the most under utilized and most trusted resource in healthcare today.  We have strengths and skills that could dramatically improve healthcare today.

Are you ready to develop those skills?  To achieve greater satisfaction with your hard work?  To earn more money for your knowledge?

Independent RN Patient Advocacy may be the opportunity you seek.

Consider joining your peers in 27 states who have become independent RN Patient Advocates (iRNPAs) to grow professionally and to develop the ability to do what you know is right for your patients – without the restrictions currently placed on your advocacy efforts.
